CM Event Design is a boutique wedding and event planning company with offices in both Middle Tennessee and South Florida. We specialize in curating spectacular weddings & events throughout the United States, Caribbean and Mexico.

Unlike many of our competitors, we don’t offer set packages. We believe that every event is unique and through collaboration, we can help bring your vision to life. Whether an event calls for black ties or summer casuals, we are committed to planning fabulous events your family, friends and colleagues will remember forever.

With more than 20 years in the hospitality and event planning industry, Christine McDevitt’s outgoing personality and warmth, combined with her “hands-on” approach, assures her clients of a wonderful planning experience and a truly memorable event.

 

Having worked at a wide variety of venues ranging from intimate & rustic to 5-star properties in both Boston and Las Vegas, Christine always ensures her clients visions are brought to life.

Get to Know our Senior Wedding Coordinator, Ariel

Ariel Emberton is a Campbellsville, KY native with a soft spot for Nashville. She has a passion for the wedding industry and loves working with couples to see their dream of a special day come to life. Ariel has coordinated weddings from Kentucky to the Northeastern region of the United States and absolutely loves traveling far and wide for not only her couples, but for fun as well.

When she is not coordinating weddings for CM Event Design or running her own small businesses, Ariel tends to spend her free time with her family, specifically her nephew, Jack. Her home is kept warm and wild with her Great Pyrenees, Paisley Ann.

As a Nashville native with a background in food & beverage and banquet events, Emily Hickerson thrives in the fast-paced event world. She is extremely detailed oriented, which makes every wedding and event she coordinates appear to be pulled together seamlessly. Seeing an event come together from start to finish is so rewarding to Emily. She truly believes it is an honor to be part of someone's once-in-a-lifetime day.

Originally from Pensacola, FL, Caitlin Okrzesik moved to Nashville in 2019. Coming from leadership roles with both the Pensacola and Nashville Chambers of Commerce, Caitlin has a strong background in event planning and is meticulous when it comes to the finer details. Her warm & calm demeanor can put even the most nervous bride or groom at ease before they head down the aisle.

Nashville-native Taylor Casey has over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in event production and day-of coordination. Taylor's passion for creating unforgettable moments has naturally led him to the world of weddings. With a keen eye for staging and details, and several years as a freelance florist, Taylor brings an extraordinary level of creativity to every event that he is part of.

Hailing from New Jersey, Andrea Reale has a decade of experience planning events in the NYC metro area, including in her role at the USTA organizing logistics for the US Open Tennis Tournament. Andrea excels in dynamic past-paced environments. Her talent for fostering meaningful connections with clients and colleagues fuels her passion for creating unforgettable experiences. Andrea is looking forward to making each and every wedding couple's special day truly extraordinary!
